Conway has always
been a dreamer.
All young children are dreamers. They
dream of bicycles, toys and friends. Conway was no
different. When blowing out the candles of his sixth
birthday he wished for a set of drums to appear in his bedroom.
He had to run up and check them out before cutting the cake.
Starting in the sixth grade Conway began to learn the drums.
He played in high school and college.
Conway headed off to college with three dreams. One dream
was to earn a degree in Psychology. The 2nd was to travel
overseas and the third as to marry a a good southern girl.
At the end of five years Conway had two college degrees one in
Psychology and the other in Religion. He had lived and
studied for one year in Nigeria, Africa. Marriage still
alluded him and thank God for that.
After college Conway faced some tough times in his young life.
Finding himself broke, unemployed and living on borrowed money,
Conway began to dream again. He wrote his dreams down in a
small book and six years later most of those dreams were a
reality.
Conway's sales career began as a stockbroker. While others
sold the safe steady utility stocks. Conway found his niche in
selling the dreams of start up companies. Later as
an insurance salesman Conway sold the dreams of retirement and
sending kids to college.
You see Conway has always been a dreamer. When it came
time to build a speaking career helping people turn their dreams
into reality was a natural choice.
